I've had many adventures since my last post.. State fair, uncle Dustin dropped by
Picking out pumpkins, hiking and working trail with dad

October Fest

Oktoberfest!

Last weekend drove up to Snowbird to celebrate October in a German style
It was pretty cool, there was a band and dancers, Bratwurst and kraut
and a big truck!

Mom and Dad stuffed their faces while we watched the band
and stared at the people, then we went home
pretty fun.

We also went to the Avenues street fair
the fair was booth after booth of artists and vendors of various things

since I'm in training to be a consumer, I decided on a cup cake and a duck tattoo right away

Dad got some Navajo fry bread, then we walked the length of the street

on the return we decided to take to the sidewalk and skirt the people

we stopped at the Indian food vendor and grabbed some lunch before heading home

Zoo snacks and Dancy dance time

The other day I hooked up with my BFF Jack and we hit the Zoo

Mom and Jacquie rented us a wagon to ride in. We rode the carousel and snacked on the bronze tigers.. these are a few of my favorite pics from the day.

Sometime in the evening around dinner time, Dad and I will blast some music and dance a bit. Here are a few videos of one of those times

Ethan 2.0

Last Saturday was my Birthday, we celebrated by inviting a bunch of my friends to the park on the corner

I had sandwiches from Jimmy Johns beverages and a cake shaped like a fire truck!

My friends really enjoyed the cake as you can see




Because I'm two Dad and I got new bikes
Dad's is an '87 Cannondale, mine is a custom LooK Strider bike
Within a hour of giving me the Strider Dad had customized it
upgraded grips, seat post and seat! Super Cool!

Grandma trumped the bike though, she gave me a giant fire truck!
It makes sounds and you can steer by the ladder...I love to drive it all around the neighborhood, the yard, upstairs, downstairs, all around.




My special day was lots of fun but kind of overwhelming also
I'm glad my friend came out but
once I came down from my sugar high my mood changed and it was time for everyone to go home.

Farmer's Market

Saturday we got out the bikes and I loaded up in the Chariot,

off to the Farmer's Market we went to look a fun stuff and grab some tasty eats

We watched some crazy hula-hoopers and ate some pastries

then we found some cool Styrofoam sword

I hugged the sword all the way home and then Dad took this sleepy pic of me

Mr. Crab R.I.P.

I've been looking after my friend Jack's sea creatures. Sushi the gold fish and a pair of hermit crabs, Hermi and Crab Stu.

The fish has pretty sedate but the crabs are a handful.

At first Hermi would just bury himself in the sand, Stu would be the only visible crab and he was odd. When we looked at him he would practically come right out of his shell. After a few days of living with us Crab Stu moved out of his shell and was cruising the tank, not sure if he didn't like his other shell options or if he just wanted to end it all... he eventually stopped moving and MOm had to remove him.

With Crab Stu gone Hermi came to the surface and was all over the tank even climbing up the walls, that lasted a day and we haven't seen him since...did he escape?

Hike to Dog Lake

Mom put her foot down this weekend, no all day riding adventures for Dad

instead we decided to go for a hike

we packed up the all the dogs and set out for Dog Lake

At the top we had a mini picnic and watched Winnie hunt for badgers
