Sometimes i talk about my rainforest friends, you say Huh? rainforest friends? They came with my bouncy chair, Mr. toucan, Red frog and Monkey, they keep me company while the chair bounces and makes the sounds of the rainforest.. usual pretty soothing, sometimes over stimulating, which can make me grumpy.
Dad went to his cyclocross race today, it was nice and rainy how dad likes it. I guess he crashed pretty hard, toasted his new front wheel and twisted up his cockpit.. poor dad, Oh well only 10 more race weekends before nationals.. better luck next time dad.
Today i'm wearing my long sleeve Owl onesie by Jasper Wren and organic animals blanket by Laura Ashley, I'll probably change a few times today due to regurgitation or sweet and sour diaper deposits.
Last night i choose to wake up only to eat, I guess i'm tired from the last couple nights..Morning time is usually daddy time, when i want to be close to dad i want to be close, Ergo sling is the only way dad can get anything done.
Dad got a package while he was at work.. the box contained something called tubulars, dad was excited when he got home so he loaded me up in the Ergo baby and we went out to the garage. The garage is full of wonderous bike things, apparently tubulars are tires you glue on and they have the best ride because they're hand made and feature ultra supple casings. And apparently they have to be stretched overnight. Stretching tires makes me tired so i took a nap while dad fiddled with tires. Dad is kinda crazy, he spends a little time every day getting ready for something called cyclocross, sometimes he tinkers with his bike, sometimes he ride his bike and sometimes he just sets up tires. This weekend is the first race weekend of dad's cyclocross series, soon i hope to see what cross is but right now i can only see blury shapes and colors, here is an embeded video so you can see what dad does.
Day two of my late night party scene...I was hoping for some Daddy time again last night, dad had a full day on the road planned so mom partied with me instead. She's pretty tired these days so it wasn't much of a party.
One day my mom's friend Trish came over, she witnessed my muscles and my manual dexterity.. on the spot she declared me to be advanced. I didn't think much of it at the time but i do have a blog and I'm pretty sure i can create cold fusion in my diapers.. if dad can harness my powers we might be able to cut our heating bill in half.
On the third day of my life we left the hospital and I moved into the crib(house). My grandparents came up from St.G. They really like me, grandma calls all the time just to hear me cry.
